8. Feeasability Study: Subcontracting Custodial Services
Description:
A feasibility study evaluating the potential benefits of subcontracting custodial services within the school district is attached. The preliminary FY 25 budget (attached) shows that the school district is deficit spending $216,741 from the unassigned general fund balance. The superintendent will review this information at the meeting.

Description:
The superintendent recommends approving the Resolution Authorizing Requests For Proposals And Notice To Union Regarding Possible Subcontracting Of Bargaining Unit Work.

10. Approve Transportation Agreement with Cedar Mountain Bus Services
Description:
The district’s five-year contract with Cedar Mountain Bus Services expires June 30. The proposed contract is for another five years with a term of July 1, 2025 until June 30, 2030. The contract has been reviewed by the superintendent and the transportation committee (Christine, Jeff). The superintendent (and transportation committee) recommends approving the contract with Cedar Mountain Bus Services.

11. Discussion of Commissioner’s Review and Comment on Proposed Building Bonds
Description:
The superintendent will summarize the projects proposed to be funded, summarize the commissioner’s Review and Comment Letter (attached) and ask for public input.
