All individuals attending a District Board Meeting will have their temperature checked by an administrator as they enter into the District building and are required to wear face coverings. 

Public comments may be submitted to citizencommunications@eisd.net at any time prior to the board meeting. Public comments should pertain to the agenda items only. Alternative members of the public may provide their comments in person. 

Based on recommendation guidelines to provide for social distancing, we are taking all necessary steps to help contain the spread of the virus, COVID-19. Therefore, District Board meetings will be closed to the public. However, in an effort to conduct public business in a transparent manner, the school district will continue to live stream all District Board meetings. District Administration will also ensure that no more than twenty people are gathered in any one place during Board meetings.
