The Board of Education meeting will be held at Hadley Jr. High School, 240 Hawthorne Blvd, Glen Ellyn, IL at 6:30 p.m. inperson. Face coverings are recommended but not required by all visitors and participants. The Board President may make the determination that it is impractical to continue the meeting in-person due to the pandemic and the Governor’s extended disaster declaration and that it is not feasible for the public to be present at the location of the Board meeting. In such a case, the meeting will be temporarily recessed for 30 minutes to allow attendees to relocate to another location to watch the remainder of the meeting via live-stream at this link: https://www.d41.org/Domain/360. The meeting will continue virtually in accordance with the Open Meetings Act requirements regarding virtual meetings.

The Board will meet to discuss and take action on a COVID mitigation reduction plan inclusive of changing the district's masking status.

All visitors and participants must wear a mask that covers their face and nose at all times . If there is mask noncompliance, the Board President may make the determination that it is impractical to continue the meeting in-person due to the pandemic and the Governor’s extended disaster declaration and that it is not feasible for the public to be present at the location of the Board meeting. All visitors and participants must wear a mask that covers their face and nose at all times per health department recommendations. Masks will be available for individuals who need one.  
 

The Board will engage in professional development with a representative from the Illinois Associate of School Boards starting promptly at 7:00 pm. Any agenda items not completed before that time will be resumed following Closed Session.
