Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.045 an emergency exists that requires the addition of a subject to the agenda of the Pecos-Barstow-Toyah ISD board meeting scheduled for September 12, 2019. A student was found with ammunition.

The regular meeting will begin following the adjournment of the special meeting.
