If it is determined that during the course of the meeting that  any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board may elect to conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E, or Texas Government Code Section 418.183(f). Before any closed meeting is convened, the presiding officer will publicly identify the section or sections of the Act authorizing the closed meeting.  Pursuant to Texas Government Code, 551.071 and 551.129, the Board of Trustees may use a telephone conference to consult with its attorney regarding any item on this Agenda in closed or open session.   All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open meeting. [See BEC(LEGAL)]  The Board may further elect to take items out of order as deemed necessary by the Presiding Officer. 

VIDEOCONFERENCE NOTICE:  Due to the public health threat of COVID-19 coronavirus, this meeting will be conducted by videoconference.  At least a quorum of the board will be participating by videoconference in accordance with the provisions of Sections 551.125 or 551.127 of the Texas Government Code that have not been suspended by order of the governor.

A Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Tuloso-Midway ISD will be held Monday, November 16, 2020, beginning at 7:00 PM in the Tuloso-Midway Middle School Cafeteria, 9768 LaBranch, Corpus Christi, Texas 78410. The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as listed below. Items do not have to be taken in the order shown on this meeting notice. Unless removed from the consent agenda, items identified within the consent agenda will be acted on at one time.
