Note:  Organizational Meeting - held annually during January.  Board Policy(0151) states "Board of Education shall organize annually not earlier than January 1st immediately following an election held on a November regular election date and not later than the last day in January at a meeting held for that purpose.  The meeting shall be called to order by the Superintendent who shall serve as presiding officer until the election of a temporary chairperson, who shall in turn serve until the election of a President."   NEOLA 2012 (last revised March 18, 2013)
