Regular Monthly Meeting

This special called meetings is for the purpose of taking action on:

1. New scoreboard for the football field; and
2. Bids for electrical work for the football field

This special called board meeting is for the purpose of addressing questions related to the bond construction process.

If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the Board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E or Government Code section 418.183(f). Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Throckmorton Independent school district will be held on the date/time shown above in the Throckmorton ISD Board Room located in the High School Building at 210 College Street, Throckmorton, Texas. The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows. Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on this meeting notice. Unless removed from the consent agenda, items identified within the consent agenda will be acted on at one time.

The meeting will be held in compliance with "Gov. Code Ch. 551". The meeting is also being conducted in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities act [Act 42 U.S.C. 12101 (1991)]. The facility where the meeting is to be held is wheelchair accessible and handicapped parking is available. Requests for sign interpretive services are available upon requests received at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. Consider and take possible action to approve adding Todd Wilson, New Interim Superintendent to all Throckmorton accounts at Interbank: Series Bond 2021, Series Bond 2022, I and S, Excess Revenue Account, Student Activity Account, Operating Account, and the Safe Deposit Box including all ICS Accounts. 

12. Consider and take possible action to approve Kristina Gaspar, High School Principal, to the Throckmorton CISD Operating Account and Student Activity Fund Account with Interbank as an authorized signer.
