Medford School District Public View

The Medford School Board generally meets in work sessions and regular board meetings scheduled on two Thursdays each month at 5:45 p.m. (occasionally the start time will vary - check the posted agendas for meeting time). Please note: The 2026-27 Board meetings will take place at Oakdale Middle School, 815 S. Oakdale Ave., Room 230. If the location varies, the new location will be posted on the Board meeting agendas. Work sessions take place on a Thursday early in the month and regular Board meetings take place on a Thursday later in the month. This schedule sometimes varies, and special meetings are added to the regular schedule as necessary. Closed executive sessions are scheduled to discuss personnel, legal matters, or negotiations, and are not open to the public. 

The work sessions and regular Board meeting dates can be found on the Board Meeting Calendar. All regular and special meetings of the Board are open to the public except as provided by law. The public may also view the School Board meetings HERE. 

Citizen comments will be accepted in-person and via Zoom at the virtual meeting URL link provided below. To speak to the Board, please register here by noon on the meeting date and indicate if you will be speaking in-person (onsite) or virtually. Registration names must match the screen name when presenting citizen comments virtually. If the district does not receive requests to speak to the Board virtually by noon on the meeting date, the Zoom webinar will not be launched. The Board will accept written citizen comments sent via email. All written comments sent to citizencomment@medford.k12.or.us by noon on the meeting date will be read by the Board prior to the meeting.

We welcome all attendees and are here to help accommodate requests for participation. Requests for interpretation, translation services, an interpreter for the hearing impaired, or other accommodations can be made in advance (48 hours) by emailing the Superintendent's office or by phone at 541-842-3621.
