Audio Conferencing Notice: Pursuant to the Governor Abbott’s Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020, this meeting will be conducted via video conference and/or audio conference, which will be audible to the Board and public and allow for two-way communication. The Board President, presiding officer or trustees will not be physically present at one location but a quorum will be required for the meeting on the video conference or phone. Any person who wishes to address the Board of Trustees for public comment or public audience shall sign up by submitting an email to public.audience@stisd.net 48 hours before the board meeting and attaching the STISD Public Audience Sign-In Sheet (posted on the district website), along with a public comment statement in writing to be shared with the Board.  The written statement is required only while we are conducting video conference board meetings.
