The Board will adjourn into Executive Session per ORS 192.660(2)(b) to consider the dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member, or individual agent who does not request an open hearing.

Information Session for prospective candidates interested in running for the school board in the May 16, 2023, Special Election. Positions #2 and #5 will be vacant as of June 30, 2023. School board members will be available to provide information about the responsibilities, commitment, and work necessary to be an effective Ashland School Board member. No district business will be conducted.

The School Board will hold it annual planning retreat on Tuesday, August 10, beginning at 10:30 am, and continuing on Wednesday, August 11, beginning at 8:30 am. Agenda items are posted here. The meeting will be held at 1600 East Nevada Street in the Barrel Room, Ashland, Oregon.

Meeting begins in the morning at Grizzly Peak Winery and finishes in the afternoon via Zoom.

Annual Board Retreat will take place at Grizzly Peak Winery from 8:30-11:45 am and via Zoom from 1:15-4:15 pm
