Cascade School District #5 Public View

The regular December meeting of the Cascade Board of Education has been cancelled. The next Board Meeting will be held on January 13, 2025.

This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to hear comment on the proposed budget. The meeting will include a public hearing. If necessary, the Budget Committee may meet again at a later date to further deliberate on the budget without taking public comment.

The board will meet in Executive Session pursuant to ORS 192.660. This session is not open to the public therefore no public viewing access will be provided. The board and designated participants will meet in person in the district board room located at 10226 Marion Rd SE, Turner, Oregon. The board will not conduct regular business during this session.

The interviews for Board Position #4 will begin at 5:15pm.

The regular board meeting will begin with an executive session at 6:30pm per ORS 192.660 (2)(i) to discuss the superintendent's evaluation and is closed to the public.  The portion of the meeting that is open to the public will begin at 7:00pm.
