II.A. The Board of Education will vote to convene in closed session for the purpose of considering the following matter:

II.A.1. Considering the employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The meeting is authorized pursuant to section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes.

II.A.1.a. To review and consider an internal personnel complaint matter
|
|
II.B. The Board of Education will vote to adjourn from closed session and may or may not reconvene in open session to take action on the issue discussed.
