III.A. The Board of Education will vote to convene in closed session for the purpose of considering the following matter:
|

III.A.1. Conducting a hearing on the recommendation of School Administration that a student be expelled from the schools of the school district. This meeting is authorized pursuant to Sections 120.13(1)(c) and 119.85 of Wisconsin Statutes, and MPSD Board Policy #5530.
|
|
III.B. The Board of Education will vote to adjourn from closed session and may or may not reconvene in open session to take action on the issue discussed.
|

IV. ADJOURN
