IV.A. Fill TCSD Board Seat A- Interview candidates for the vacant board seat. Choose a person to fill the seat until the next regular election in October, 2022.

IV.B. Swear in newly appointed Board Member-
I do solemnly affirm that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United Sates and the Constitution of the State of Alaska ant that I will Honestly, faithfully, and impartially discharge my duties as a school board member to the best of my ability. |

IV.C. Doyon Cares Act Money- Doyon is giving each school in its region $500 per student enrolled. They requested the money be used for student activities.

IV.D. Bank Authorization- to remove previous board members, add new, current board members, and authorize Liisia Edwardsen, President of the School Board as check signatory.
