Consider/Approve Katharine Rislow's request for a Parental Leave of Absence from December 18, 2013, through approximately March 31, 2014.  Ms. Rislow would like to use her sick leave for the first six weeks.  For the next six weeks she would like to use comp time and personal days and the rest will be without pay.  
 

5.D. Consider/Approve Kelli Schmeling's request for a Personal Leave of Absence, up to 12 weeks, under FMLA, beginning on Monday, Nov. 4, 2013.
