7.C. Consider and possible action to adopt a resolution approving the possible no-drill lease of certain oil, gas, and mineral interests in real property. The real property is identified as approximately 15 acres of land, more or less, in Reeves County, Texas, described as follows:
15 acres, more or less, out of the NE/4 of Section 9, Block 5, H&GN RR. Co. Survey, Reeves County, Texas; beginning at an iron pipe 1320 ft N78.15W from the NE corner of Section 9, Block 5, measured along the north line of Section 9 and 45 ft southward at right angles thereto. Thence S11.45W, 990 ft to stake the SW corner of this survey; Thence S78.15E 660 ft to stake the SE corner of this survey; Thence N11.45E 990 ft to stake set for the NE corner of this survey; Thence N11.45W 660 to POB, and containing 15 acres of land; less 1.51515 acres out of a tract in Quit Claim Deed dated 6/19/1946 in B/P 114/407 from Barney Hubbs, Louis Roberson and Jim Deakin to Town of Pecos City.
