Tract One:  Lots 171, 172, 173, and 174, Block F, East Park Subdivision, Pecos, Texas, being approximately .805 acres of land, in Pecos, Reeves County, Texas, such contiguous lots being located north of E. 13th Street and south of E. 12th Street, with Lot 174 fronting on E. 12th Street, with Reeves County Appraisal District property id number of R000011037;

Tract Two:    Being all that certain property located on the east corner of S. Locust Street and E. 12th and E. 13th Street, commonly known and referred to as the George Washington Carver School.

9.G. Consideration and possible action to adopt resolution accepting bid for no-surface rights oil, gas and mineral lease and authorizing a no-surface rights oil, gas and mineral lease on the following tracts of real property:

Lots 1 and 2, and Lots 5 through 8 inclusive, and the alleys and roadways appurtenant thereto, of Block 2 of the Airlawn Heights Addition to the Town of Pecos City out of Section 9, Block 5, H&GN Railroad Company Survey, said Lots aggregating 1.188 acres, more or less, according to the records of the Reeves County Appraisal District, and the adjacent alleys and roadways containing 0.878 acre, more or less, as calculated from the maps of the Reeves County Appraisal District, totaling 2.066 acres, more or less
