F.1. Recommend Approval to Renew the Southwest Foodservice Excellence Contract for FY 2022-2023

District Administration recommends the current Food Service Management Company Contract with Southwest Foodservice Excellence, LLC be renewed for an additional 12-month period from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. The original award of this contract was for one year (2019-2020 fiscal year) with four additional renewal years possible. This is the third renewal.

F.2. Recommend Approval of Revisions to SAC Schedule
|
F.2.a. District Administration recommends Governing Board approval of the attached Special Activities Compensation (SAC) schedule stipends and addendums. Revisions to the SAC schedule are detailed in the attached memo and include the addition of several new stipends for athletics, increases to some hourly rates associated with athletics, updated titles for a few SAC assignments, and removal of an outdated SAC assignment.

F.3. Recommend Approval to Purchase Cafeteria Tables and Counters from Arizona Furnishing
|
F.3.a. District Administration recommends approval to purchase indoor and outdoor cafeteria tables and condiment counters from Arizona Furnishings utilizing Mohave contract # 18M-AZF-0130. This purchase is to replace broken, non-functioning tables and to provide additional tables to allow for social distancing during meal service. The condiment counters will provide additional storage and space for condiment items at the high school. The purchase would be funded with Food Service funds. The total cost is $130,850.

F.4. Recommend Approval to Renew Subscription for Investigations Math Student Math Journals and Digital Licensing for Six Years
|
F.4.a. District Administration recommends approval to renew the subscription with Savvas for Investigations Math student Math Journals and digital licensing for grades K-5 at all elementary schools for a six-year term at a cost not to exceed $285,000.00. This is a Governing Board-approved adopted resource that now is up for renewal.

F.5. Recommend Approval to Purchase Chromebooks, Chrome Management Licenses, Carts, Printers, and Projectors from CDW-G
|
F.5.a. District Administration recommends approval to purchase technology items through vendor CDW-G using federal funding. The items include Chromebooks, printers, charging/storage carts, and projectors, and would be purchased utilizing state contract pricing that has been evaluated to be fair and reasonable. The total cost would not exceed $200,000.00. The Chromebook purchases would finalize classroom sets in grades 3-6 at all elementary schools and refresh outdated and broken devices at FWJH, SPHS, and FWHS.

G.3. Recommend Approval to Revise Flowing Wells 2021-2022 Performance Pay Framework due to Error in Data
|
G.3.a. District Administration recommends approval to revise the 2021-2022 Performance Pay Framework due to an error in the data that had been used to establish one school's non-academic site goal. Specifically, Douglas Elementary had established a goal for student survey results that used 2020 data as a baseline; however, an error had occurred at the district level in the calculation of this data that was not caught until the current year. Consequently, the actual language of Douglas's goal is inaccurate and should be revised.

The attached draft memo identifies the specific schedule week by week, with non-holiday weeks consisting of four ten-hour days (Monday through Thursday), and holiday weeks consisting of four eight-hour days and one eight-hour holiday. If approved, this memo would be distributed to twelve-month employees.
