E.2.a. District administration recommends approval to contract with Pueblo Mechanical & Controls, Inc. to provide maintenance and repair services for the district HVAC, chiller and related equipment. The district will utilize a cooperative contract through Mohave Educational Services, #19F-PMAC2-0904. This approval is requested for the remainder of fiscal year 2024 and would be funded with Maintenance and Operations funds.

F.1. Recommend Approval of Calendar for the 2025-2026 School Year

F.1.a. District administration recommends approval of the 2025-2026 school year calendar, which was brought to the Board for discussion during the November 14, 2023, Governing Board Meeting. The draft calendar has been shared with representatives from various employee and parent groups and has been posted to the District website for review and feedback. No revisions have been suggested since the November 14 meeting.

G.3. Discussion of Student Achievement
|
G.3.a. District administration presents for discussion information related to current-year student achievement. The district uses a variety of formal and informal assessments throughout the year to evaluate student progress and inform instructional and curricular decisions as part of our continuous improvement process. Benchmark data from our second round of District Assessment Plan (DAP) testing (reading and math, grades 3 through high school) and Acadience testing (early literacy, grades K-3) are provided as attachments and will be summarized during the meeting.
