District administration recommends approval to renew employee benefits contracts for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, health savings accounts, telemedicine, life insurance, AD&D insurance, and voluntary life insurance, with all contracts having a zero percent increase and no plan changes for the 2022-2023 year.

F.2. Recommend Approval of Short-Term Disability RFP #22-04-26 to Sun Life
|
F.2.a. District administration recommends approval to award the contract for short-term disability and voluntary short-term disability (associated with RFP#22-04-26) to Sun Life. This contract would result in a rate decrease of 62.33%, with a two-year guarantee and no plan changes.

F.3. Recommend Approval to Renew the Heinfeld, Meech & Co., P.C. Contract for Auditing Services for FY 2021-2022
|
F.3.a. District administration recommends the contract for Auditing Services with Heinfeld, Meech & Co., P.C. be renewed for the fiscal year 2021-2022 audit. On March 27, 2018 the District awarded RFP #18-05-22 for Auditing Services to Heinfeld, Meech & Co., P.C. The award of this RFP resulted in a one (1) year contract with the option to renew for four (4) additional years. This will be the fourth renewal option of this contract.

F.4. Recommend Approval of Proposal to Increase Student Paid Meal Pricing as Presented Effective July 1, 2022
|
F.4.a. District administration recommends an increase to current student lunch pricing to be effective July 1, 2022 in order to be in compliance with the USDA “Equity in School Pricing” regulations.

F.6.a. District Administration recommends increasing the hourly rate from the current $12.80/hour to $13.00/hour for the positions of Substitute Night Custodian and Student Worker. This increase would align with the new minimum wage for the City of Tucson, which becomes effective April 1, 2022.

F.7.a. District administration recommends approval to increase the rate of compensation for certified substitutes who fill TAII positions, making the compensation consistent with certified positions rather than the current classified compensation rate.
