President Cox called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM in the Boardroom at the High School. Notice of this meeting was given in advance to all board members. Notice of the meeting was given in advance by publication and/or posting in accordance with the Board approved method for giving notice. Availability of the agenda was communicated in the publicized notice and a current copy of the agenda was maintained as stated in the publicized notice. All proceedings of the meeting occurred in accordance with the Open Meetings Act. |

The Finance Committee met with the teacher negotiation team last week and recommends approval of the action item later in the meeting.

Principal's Report: Received Nebraska Department of Education AQUESTT information: Overall the school was rated as "great" (Elementary "great", Middle School "excellent", High School "great"). Ratings look at attendance, test scores, graduation rate, migrant population and several other categories; update on teacher personal development day; it has been over 10 years since SPED policies have been updated and the area schools are collaborating to update them.
Superintendent's Report: freezer in storage room in elementary not properly working and we are looking at getting it fixed; the Suburban we ordered is still not available, so we are looking at other options; NASB is no longer affiliated with the national education association; board workshop in January in North Platte; finals for high school students being at the end of next week; last day of the semester is December 21 |
