President Cox called the meeting to order at 7:53 PM in the Boardroom at the High School. Notice of this meeting was given in advance to all board members. Notice of the meeting was given in advance by publication and/or posting in accordance with the Board approved method for giving notice. Availability of the agenda was communicated in the publicized notice and a current copy of the agenda was maintained as stated in the publicized notice. All proceedings of the meeting occurred in accordance with the Open Meetings Act. |

Co-op committee met in August with Maywood to discuss athletics. Finance committee met prior to tonight's meeting to discuss and review the proposed budget. Building/grounds committee met to determine teacher houses repair needs.

Principal Report: Baseline testing is done except for a couple of students; ESU is offering new trainings for staff which are being attended; fire drills will start this week with fire department present for scenario practice; teacher in-service at the end of the month; 7-12th grade students are emailing their grades to their parents weekly.
