2.A. ACTION ITEM: Curriculum purchase for middle school mathematics instruction 10 minutes

Description:
The Board will be asked to approve the recommendation of the Mathematics Curriculum Committee to purchase Middle School Math instructional materials for teaching math to grades 6-8.

2.B. ACTION ITEM: Bond Update and Contract Awards 25 minutes

Description:
In addition to a short update, the Board will be asked to vote on two HMK recommendations:
1. HMK recommends the award of a contract for the Solar Campus Project in the amount of $753,515.00 to Adroit Construction Company. 2. HMK recommends the award of a contract Amendment for the Ashland High School Project in the amount of $143,830.00 to Kirby Nagehout + Outlier Construction Company (KNO) for early procurement of rebar for the Humanities Building. |
2.C. ACTION ITEM: Supplemental Budget 20 minutes

Description:
The Board will be asked to review and approve a supplemental budget for the 2022-2023 fiscal year. This increases the state school fund allocation by $800,000 and directs the revenue to Instruction in the amount of $400,000 and Support Services in the amount of $400,000.

3. The Board will adjourn into Executive Session per ORS 192.660(2)(b) To consider the dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member, or individual agent who does not request an open hearing.
