VII.G. Discuss Optional Date/Time to Canvass November Election Results
Description:
Discuss optional dates and times to canvass the November 2024 election results.  If we are not able to obtain the election results from the counties in time for the November 12th board meeting, we will need to consider a date for a special board meeting to canvass the results.  The results must be canvassed between November 8-15.  Possible alternative dates would be November 14-evening; or November 15-morning or early afternoon--on or before 2pm.  We only need to have a quorum to canvass the results.
