Gary - difference between the 2 TT - minute one of crop dusters that operates. FAA requires to be 2 documents. left separate, FAA does not want to combine. $720 + additional 0.05 for fuel purchased. McLain - standard at other airports. no more discussion - 8-0 |

Discussion:
TT - bldgs damaged last year, contract by 10/31 this year, extension on 5 bldgs to August next year. Fire Department issues, Electric Shop - wanting to change out insulation for our guys to complete the work, Carnegie, BASWA, City Aud. Couple of them will likely be done prior to original deadline, depending upon weather.

SE of Tiemann good til end of march, $37,500 $______/acre Yosh from NY, looking at 2.5 acres in Industrial park. 5 jobs power contract as well later. intend to complete purchase by end of the year TF - sound? TT - have some in NY near residential areas & no issues. TF - looking forward to you coming & brining business. once up & running, if complaints from neighbors, what will be done about it? Yosh, can rectify. like highway/railroad. TF - this is constant noise. TD - have been able to wipe out almost none. What will they do to? Brad?? - build also put up natural barriers like trees TF - natural barriers a plus for him. sound travels further on heavy air. thanks appreciate beinghere GB - think far enough from residential area to not be issues. Brad - looked around country, tried to error towards areas in industrial parks. be good neighbors, but very excited about this site, as in Industrial Park. TD - why come to beatrice. Resolution Number 7159 executing a Loan Agreement, Promissory Note, Deed of Trust, Personal Guarantee, and any and all documents necessary to issue said loan between the City and Nixon Restaurant and Property, Inc., for an economic development loan totaling Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) from funds derived from LB 840 funds, as recommended by the Citizens Advisory Review Committee (CARC).

CARC recommended $50,000 6th & monroe just north of McDonalds. no payments due until 7/1/2025, 1% interest rate, cert of occupancy, forgive $10,000, if still in business current on payments 12/1/2027, about $25,000 forgiveness.
Sam - on ein York, other in Seward, Jan 2021 opened York, March opened Seward, then JOe back on bard & contracted blighted area in ??? LB840 helps entrepreneurs get off to great start. got to know some & have built good relationship. no architect in place now. current business 3 suites, 4200 sq ft bldg, drive thru. jimmy johns on north end of bldg & control drive thru. offering middle & end to potential businesses. Joe - contracted & did reconstruction of TD - timeframe? NUmber of employees. Sam - motivated. timeframe with courtesy of City. would like to see doors open Jan-March 2025, put together financing package, etc hire in restaurant alone 30 employees; keep more than 20 on staff. creating 1 GM $65,000, move to comunity. Assistant $45-50,000 prob move to area as well, shift managers, delivery TD - appreciate dealings Kerr - facing? towards Highway. Joe - keep entrance off Hwy 77 closer to KFC, exit to alley to maintain. working with CDD.
