4. RESOLUTIONS

4.a. Recommend a resolution declaring the City’s official intent under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, to reimburse certain capital expenditures from the proceeds of tax-exempt or tax-favored debt obligations, to the Mayor and City Council.

4.b. Recommend a resolution adopting the One- and Six-Year Road and Street Plan for 2025, to the Mayor and City Council.
|
|
4.c. Recommend a resolution entering into a Master Agreement Work Order #3 with Olsson, Inc., for the Water Transmission Main Post-Construction Support, to the Mayor and City Council.
