2.e. Approval of final Electric Department, Water Department, and WPC Department Report of Claims for FY24 in the amount of $1,383,717.18.

2.f. Recommend approval of Change Order #1 decrease in the amount of $30,206.40 and Final Pay Request in the amount of $42,195.12 to R.L. Tiemann Construction, Inc., for the 13th Street, from Oak Street to Beaver Street, Concrete Reconstruction 2023 project, to the Mayor and City Council.
