1. Call to order by presiding officer and roll call by minute clerk.

2. Discussion and vote to approve, not approve, or table concrete work done by Don Turner at the high school to prevent foundational leaks into classrooms at a cost of $9,800.00.

3. Procedural discussion of the suspension appeal hearing for student, designated as "Student A" so as to protect student's privacy pursuant to the provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ("FERPA"). Order of procedure for hearing will be as follows:
• Case Summary by superintendent. • Presentation of superintendent's or his designee's evidence/witnesses, if any, followed by cross-examination of any witnesses by Student A. • Questions from board members. • Presentation of Student A's evidence/witnesses, if any, followed by cross-examination of any witnesses by superintendent or his designee. • Questions from board members. • Presentation of any rebuttal evidence/witnesses by superintendent or his designee. • Closing statement by superintendent or his designee. • Closing statement by Student A or duly assigned representative of Student A. |
4. Acknowledgment of Parent of Student A's decision to hold suspension hearing in executive session.

5. Proposed executive session in accordance with Oklahoma State Law-Section 528-B-1 for the purpose of discussing evidence as it pertains to Student A's suspension appeal.

5.1. Vote to convene into Executive Session

6. Compliance statement by presiding officer that nothing was discussed in executive session other than the items on the agenda and that no action was taken.

7. Vote to uphold, modify or overturn suspension of Student A.
