Description:

1. Westwood Elementary Spirit Club - Field Day Concession Stand

Description:
Westwood Elementary requests approval for the Spirit Club to host a concession stand during the Field Day event. Proceeds from this fundraiser will support student activities and initiatives that promote school spirit and engagement. The event will take place on the Westwood Elementary campus, and all funds will be managed in accordance with district guidelines.

2. Westwood Elementary - Field Day Line Tap Tunnel

Description:
Westwood Elementary requests approval to conduct a "Line Tap Tunnel" fundraiser during Field Day. Students will have the opportunity to participate in a fun, end-of-year activity. Donations will be accepted, and all proceeds will benefit Westwood Elementary student programs. Funds will be deposited into the campus activity account and managed according to district procedures.

3. Westwood High School - Class of 2027 End-of-Year Dance

Description:
The Westwood High School Class of 2027 requests approval to host an End-of-Year Dance at Westwood High School on May 9, 2026. Revenue will be generated through ticket sales and concessions. Proceeds from this fundraiser will support future class activities, including prom and graduation-related expenses. All funds will be handled in compliance with district policies and procedures.
