1. Call the Meeting to Order
Discussion:
President Stearns called the meeting to order at 8:00 AM and acknowledged the Open Meetings law. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and roll call was taken.

2.1. Negotiations 2024-2025
Discussion:
Bryan Franzen discussed what the negotiation committee came up with for the negotiation agreement 2024-2025. After much consideration, the committee has decided to allow three coaches and remove the sentence that states the phrase that there will only be two coaches for Volleyball, Basketball, Cross Country, and Wrestling sports. It was also talked about having higher expectations and accountability to have all coaches put in the same effort. Having so many student managers was also mentioned and is currently being addressed.
