3.A. Crete S&A Work Change Directive No 2 for NLC Signature JEO Project Number 240578
Discussion:
Gavin with JEO explained that the alley between Oak and Norman was not in good condition. The alley would need to be excavated and removed, geogrid would need to be installed, crushed concrete would be the base, and concrete would be laid over. Gavin also stated that NLC recommended adding rebar to the main line of the alley to reinforce.

Recommendation was made to the City Council to approve the Change Order Directive No. 2 for NLC Signature JEO project number 240578. Carried with a motion by Anthony Fitzgerald and a second by Dan Papik.

Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed how this would be a good subdivision. It can be done with the Administrative Subdivision, with no more than three lots and no road or utilities involved, rather than re-plating.

After further discussion, committee members agreed to approve, contingent of setbacks being met.

Recommendation was made to the City Council to approve the Wanek Administrative Subdivision on the parcel of land located on the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26 T8N R4E of the 6th P.M., City of Crete, Saline County, Nebraska, contingent on the existing home conforming to the City's setback requirements. Carried with a motion by Anthony Fitzgerald and a second by Dan Papik.
