For Discussion and Possible Action: The Board will receive information regarding the difficulty in providing transportation to away athletic events for all student-athletes and may take action to find under Policy 8200.0 that exigent circumstances exist warranting revision of Policy 5144.1 after only one hearing.

For Discussion and Possible Action: The Board may take action to revise Policy 5144.1, Transportation, to allow parents to transport student-athletes in certain circumstances when safety requirements are met and may direct the Superintendent to implement regulations consistent with Policy 5144.1.
