Executive Session Re: Legal Advice and Direction: The Governing Board may convene in executive session, pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(4), to consult with its attorney, consider its position, and instruct its attorney regarding the Board's position concerning: 1) Complaint filed against administrator; 2) The administrator’s due process meeting and response to possible violations of Board Policy; and 3) Possible disciplinary or non-disciplinary action for administrator.

V.B.7. Action Item: The Governing Board may take action concerning the complaint filed against the administrator, including but not limited to, notification of findings to the parties and possible disciplinary or non-disciplinary action.
