3. Public Meeting to discuss and adopt the budget and the proposed tax rate in accordance with section 44.004 of the Texas Education Code. Public participation in the discussion is invited. The Board will provide time for citizens to present their views, opinions, suggestions, etc., regarding the proposed General School District Budget for fiscal year 2015-2016 and the 2015 Tax Rate.

4.B. Adoption of the 2015-2016 Official District Budget

4.C. Acceptance of the Certified Appraisal Roll for Tax Year 2015.

4.D. Acceptance of the Effective Tax Rate and Rollback Tax Rate for Tax Year 2015.

4.E. Adoption of a Tax Rate Ordinance for Tax Year 2015.

4.F. Approval to transfer $3,500,000, from the General Fund to the Health Claims Internal Service Fund to cover the districts anticipated deficit.
