XII. EXECUTIVE SESSION – The Board may elect to go into executive session for reasons permitted in the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.  See NMSA 1978, §§ 10-15-1(H)(1)-(9).

Enter into Executive Session for the purpose of discussion of the disposal of real property belonging to the School District and discussion of pricing for sale and exchange of other consideration and provide direction to the Superintendent for the same pursuant to Section 10-15-1(H)(8) of the Open Meetings Act.  No action will be taken and only the items listed herein will be discussed.
 
Action:  Discuss and provide delegation to the Superintendent the authority to negotiate the sale of real property along the direction and authority provided by the Board and to submit the final of any proposed sale to the Board for approval.
 
XIII. Report on Executive Session - "The matters discussed in the closed meeting were limited to those stated in motion to close the meeting.  This statement shall be recorded in the minutes of the meeting as required by Section 10-15-1 (J) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act".
