The Governing Board may enter into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03. The Governing Board may vote to enter into Executive Session on any item on this agenda for which an executive session is allowable. The Governing Board may also seek legal advice in executive session, doing so pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3).  The Board may consider resolving a particular matter and go into executive session, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(4), as well.
 

Motion: Move to recess the public meeting and convene into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(1) for the purpose of discussion or consideration of employment, assignment, appointment, promotion, demotion, dismissal, salaries, disciplining, or resignation of a public officer, appointee, or employee. 

Motion: Convene in Open Session.

Motion: Discussion and consideration to act upon an employee's voluntary resignation.
