Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve Resolution to enter into an Agreement regarding Easement with Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, LTD ("Lennar") and Easement Agreement with Millrose Properties Texas, LLC ("Millrose"), in connection with the granting of two drainage easements relating to 15.00-acre and 16.649-acre tracts of District land in south San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, and providing for the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of the drainage easements, and authorizing the Superintendent to finalize and execute the Agreement and related drainage easements, subject to review by legal counsel. - Michael Carrales
