Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that this would be covered with grant funds and it is for the plan, public engagement and the 3D perspective.

Recommend to the City Council the updated Scope and Fee Crete Park Concept Services Carried with a motion by Kyle Frans and a second by Dan Papik.

3.B. Discussion on Tuxedo Park restrooms
Discussion:
There was discussion on the Tuxedo Park restrooms. City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that the attached plan was from a 2018 concept and is just an idea. 
Ourada explained that there could be a meeting on what the Council would like and what functions it would serve.
