3.A. Consider declaring surplus bricks for sale 
Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, explained that these are blank sidewalk bricks. This would have to be declared surplus and added to the auction site for $0.25 a piece.

Recommendation was made to the City Council to declare the bricks surplus and sell them on the City auction site for $0.25 a piece. Carried with a motion by Anthony Fitzgerald and a second by Dan Papik.

3.B. Public Works utility account write- off 
Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, explained that these write-offs are from uncollectible accounts from Public Works.

3.C. Public Works unclaimed property 
Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, explained that this is unclaimed property, such as deposit refunds or overpayments, that were not claimed.

3.D. Discussion on economic development 
Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed that the City is working on getting a community development block grant for 15th Street. This community is designated LMI at this time. This will allow all the private paving to be paid for through the block grant. LMI is every 3–5 years, but can be applied for every year if qualified. A public meeting will then have to be held to get input, and then try to move forward.
