3.A. Discussion on Tuxedo Park Restrooms 
Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that the City of Crete has some designs for the Tuxedo Park restrooms. The area that they were looking at for restrooms was in the flood plain and they were waiting for the new FEMA redraw since it would have been $100,000 more to build the restrooms in the flood plain. Parks and Recreation Committee member Anthony Fitzgerald asked Ourada if it would be only the restrooms or if showers would be built as well. Ourada stated that was a good point and they would be looking into that. Ourada stated that they would be brought back so the City Council can vote on what kind of configuration for the restrooms and to authorize to apply for grants.
