3.A. Consider the Carniceria San Fernando Tier II Environmental Review 
Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that the Carniceria San Fernando applied for DTR for the installation of new signage, replacement of awning, window and door replacements. Ourada further explained that an environmental review of the site was conducted and there was also a NESHPO Section 106 Project Review.

Recommend to the City Council the Carniceria San Fernando Tier II Environmental Review Carried with a motion by Dale Strehle and a second by Tom Crisman.
