The Anderson-Shiro Consolidated Independent School District will conduct a public hearing pursuant to Texas Government Code § 403.611 (b) regarding the following Applications for Taxable Value Limitation on Eligible Property filed by TeraFab AI, LLC (“TeraFab”), Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Application(s) Nos.

  • J0035,

  • J0036,

  • J0037, and

  • J0038

under the Texas Jobs, Energy, Technology, and Innovation Act, Texas Government Code § 403, Subchapter T.
TeraFab plans to invest approximately $78 Billion in the initial phases with a potential combined total investment of approximately $119 Billion over four phases for a semiconductor and related device fabrication plant. The approximate amount of investment per application is as follows:

  • J0035- Approximately  $10.366 Billion

  • J0036- Approximately  $28.838 Billion

  • J0037- Approximately  $23.838 Billion

  • J0038- Approximately  $15.619 Billion


The project related to all applications will be sited within the  SpaceX Reinvestment Zone No. 1 – 2026-001 located at the Gibbons Creek Reservoir and surrounding areas.
