Bio:
Daniel Martinez has 14 years in education. His journey has taken him through five years as an elementary assistant principal, two years as an elementary principal, and three years as a middle school principal. Each step has shaped how he leads: grounded in relationships, focused on growth, and committed to doing what is best for students every single day.

Mr. Martinez earned his Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and his Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University San Antonio. He is also a co-author of Restorative Discipline Practices: A Journey of Implementation by a Community of Texas Educators. His experience was further strengthened through the Harvard Leadership Program for Principals, where he refined his approach to leading with purpose and clarity.
