8. The Board will adopt the 2026-2027 proposed school year budget
9. The Board will consider approval of opening a new account for Bond Proceeds with CNB.

The Board will consider approval of Fund 199 Proposed Budget Amendment #10 Reclass end of year function expenses between the following: Function 11 - Instruction, Function 21 - Operations, Function 33 - Health Services, Function 35 - Food Services. These transfers have a net $0 impact on the fund balance.
11. The Board will consider approval of Fund 199 Proposed Budget Amendment #11 Pursuant to Local Policy (CE)- Post additional budgeted revenue per TEA according to Payment Ledger and Summary of Finance due to increase in CTE Revenue
12. The Board will consider approval of Fund 240 Proposed Budget Amendment #2 Increase budget for Commodity expense for Fund 240 in order to decrease School
Nutrition Excess Net Cash to within 6 months per Texas Department of Agriculture
requirements.
13. The Board will consider approving Purchase Orders in excess of $25,000
14. The Board will consider Resolutions authorizing the Transfer of Property to the
City of Gladewater.
15. The School Board will consider the Bond Calendar Budget.
16. The Board will consider the provided Calendar Resolution from the Texas Public Information Act for non-business days for 2026-2027. 
17. The Board will consider the following for approval of Policy Update 127 (LOCAL).

19. The Board will consider approval of GISD 5 Year Auxiliary Service Plan 2025-2026

23. The Board will consider approval for FFA officers to travel to Broken Bow OK.
