(2624) Discussion and Consideration of entering into an agreement with Conterra Ultra Broadband, LLC, (Conterra) in which Conterra, among other things, transfers any and all of its ownership in the monopole located on school district property to the District and the District, among other things, releases Conterra from any obligation whatsoever to remove the Pole from the District's real property under the terms of the settlement agreement entered into with Conterra by Board Resolution adopted on December 17, 2024.
