SECTION 551.074 - PERSONNEL MATTERS
Deliberation regarding the duties, evaluation, employment, and acceptance of resignation of  Interim Superintendent, a public officer whose employment contract is not subject to Texas Education Code Chapter 21 Tex Gov't Code 551.074.

SECTION 551.071 -  CONSULTATION WITH DISTRICT'S ATTORNEY
Consultation with the District's Attorney under Texas Government Code 551.071 regarding lead advice on pending or potential litigation, settlement offers, or other legal matters, specifically related to the Interim Superintendent's non-Chapter 21 employment contract and resignation. 

The Board may take any final action, decision to vote on matters deliberated in closed session, including but not limited to : 
a. Action to accept Interim Superintendent's resignation. 
 
7. Review, discuss, and possible action to accept voluntary resignation of Interim Superintendent. 
8. Review, discuss, and possible action to approve tonight's meeting minutes.
9. Adjourn
