When called on by the Board President, the citizen may address the Board for up to three (3) minutes during the citizen comment period. Citizen comment timeframe is limited to 30 minutes. |

4.A. Student Explusion: Administration Hearing #043026
|

Description:
The administration is recommending that the Board expel the student involved in Administrative Hearing #043026 for 180 school days with the option to enroll in virtual programming for the 2026–2027 school year. The student shall be eligible to petition the Board for reinstatement no sooner than May 2027, following the conclusion of the 180 school day expulsion period. Are the parents or guardian of the student involved in this violation present? If so, would you like to request a closed session hearing on this matter or would you like the hearing to remain in open session? SAMPLE MOTION I move - "that the Board expel the student involved in Administrative Hearing #043026 for 180 school days with the option to enroll in the virtual programming for the 2026–2027 school year with eligible reinstatement in May 2027." |
