14.C. WHT Comprehensive Trail Network Feasibility Study Supplement #2 — Additional Services for Manor Drive & Rt. 22 Pedestrian Improvements. Following coordination with PennDOT, the project scope has been refined to an increased cost of $9,225.00, bringing the initial approved amount from $35,000.00 to $44,225.00.
14.D. Resolution 2026-32, Authorizing the Preparation and Submission of a Multimodal Transportation Fund Grant Application requesting funds from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to support the Manor Drive and Route 22 Corridor Improvements Project.
14.E. Proposal from Breneman Company, a COSTARS vendor, in the amount of $24,900.00 to restore the multipurpose courts at Lenker Park utilizing park and recreation dedication funds utilizing Park and Recreation dedication funds.
