14.A. Appoint Township Manager Scott Russell as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Township's Pension Plan. (Action item)

14.B. Parks & Recreation Director, Don Holmes, recently earned the Certified Parks & Recreation Professional (CPRP) Certification through the National Recreation & Parks Association (NRPA). The CPRP designation is considered the ‘Gold Standard’ for Parks & Recreation practitioners. CPRPs sit for a 150-question proctored exam to prove proficiency in five core competencies in Parks & Recreation Management: Communications, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, & Programming. While there are over 320,000 people employed as Parks & Recreation practitioners in the United Sates, only approx. 6,500 have earned the CPRP designation.

An executive session was held immediately after the Board of Supervisors meeting on March 19, 2026, beginning at 7:54 p.m. and ending at 9 p.m. Pending legal matters were discussed that involved the 449 N. Fairville Avenue settlement. Also discussed was the start of mediation over disputed change orders with the site contractor for the WHT Municipal Complex project.
