12.A. Staff recommends approval to advertise a public hearing on April 16, 2026 for the Data Center, Noise Ordinance and the Miscellaneous Ordinance and send to the WHT Planning Commission for the February 26th meeting and the Dauphin County Planning Commission for the March 2nd meeting.

13.B. Poll results and discussion regarding meeting start time. 
    1. 89 total votes. 53 votes (61%) for a 6 p.m. start time; 10 votes (11%) for a 6:30 p.m. start time; and 25 votes (28%) for a 7 p.m. start time.
13.C. Update on postcards mailed out. 
    1.  4,763 postcards were mailed at a cost of $1,938.72. There have been 56 requests to be added to the quarterly newsletter.
